Unfortunately not. libc.so.5 was replaced by the FSF with glibc2 in 1997, and we do not support Linux that only has libc version 1. We build the Linux x86 versions against glibc 2.1.3 on a SuSE Linux machine dating back to 2000, ensuring maximum compatibility with the widest variety and age of Linux distributions. If running Linux from the mid 1990's, updating your Linux installation would be required. _________________ Community Admin |
