hi,

i have made an upgrade to php 4.4.0 on our server. so i also updated the ioncube loader. but when i call the php-command (for example "php -v"), the following error occurs:

Code:
/usr/lib/php4/ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so: undefined symbol: ts_allocate_id

ts_allocate_id seems to be function of the zend-engine...
do i also have to update the zend-engine, now?

thx

Hi

Although the name is correct, it looks like you've used the thread safe version of the Loader rather than the non ts one. I've verified that our 4.4 Loader build is correct (it would be but I checked anyway), and it's unlikely that our download packages mixed up the ts Loader with the non-ts one, Make sure that you use the ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so file, and not the ioncube_loader_lin_4.4_ts.so file. If you're still stuck, please create a help desk ticket so that we can help with your specific setup problems.
