Server load is 0.15, not 1.5. However, even if it were 1.5, that would be perfectly acceptable for a dual-Xeon server.
As for up-time, that particular server was recently rebooted for a kernel update and Ksplice was then installed to make it more-or-less rebootless as our other servers. You do realize that 99.9% up-time allows for up to 8.76 hours of down-time in any 12-month period? We have an SLA in-place and considering that restart took all of a couple of minutes, we still have around another 534 minutes of down-time on that server before we are in violation of our SLA. With that said, our SLA also accounts for monthly up-time.
