Not sure why I get this. I can access through CuteFTP with out any problems, using domain name or ip address. And when i try to browse for directory I get "Unable to resolve host name" and i know they work. |

Most likely you're uising a package created with an old version of IPF as in early versions, usernames and passwords containing some special characters could cause this error. If so you should ask for a package created by the latest IPF. We didn't see any evaluation download for your email address, but if you are trying to create packages yourself and this is happening on the latest version of IPF then please let us know via the helpdesk. As far as we know though, that issue has been resolved for a long time now. _________________ Community Admin |
