If I'm setting it up in the PHP.ini file should I set the path just above the folder php.ini or should I put the full path that I get when it tells me index.php is encoded and the loader must be installed.

Hi

In the php.ini file you can in theory use any path to the Loader, however on some web servers or operating systems, the shared libraries must be located in locations that are trusted. This can be an issue with IIS on Windows, and SELinux or grsec security on Linux.

I got it now. Each site on my server had its on php.ini. I had to find the right one. Weird though, when I try to register on my phpizibi site I get nothing but a empty page.
