that shows up instead of the code. also get some buttons not showing up and others on a random basis, you can reset the screen and it comes up ok why

This may be due to having a wrong Loader installed, or possibly due to a particular version of PHP as PHP isn't entirely reliable on all configurations on Windows. That said, many users use Encoded files successfully on Windows, and most configurations are going to be reliable.

Please open a support ticket via

and send a link to a phpinfo script for the server. If you have access to the Loader being used, please can you zip that and attach it to the support ticket so we can check what version you're running, and we'll take things from there for you.
