MAC license restrictions with device link down

I use openSuse (tried Debian too) and need to restrict files via MAC address. Problem is when server is terminal only with local access and no cable connected to any eth.
ioncube_server_data shows only this and is impossible to restrict license/encoded files to this hardware:

Domain: none
Server IP: none

Adapter: lo
IP: 127.0.0.1
MAC: {00:00:00:00:00:00}

Is there any way to restrict to this HW without needing to plug eth cable?
