Hi,
We do not have a release date as yet but version 11, including an Encoder for PHP 7.4, is naturally our top priority at the moment. _________________ Alastair

@Alastair and ionCube devs.. any word? As you know, PHP 7.4 is approaching its 1st birthday (and 7.3 its 2nd) ... a relative bummer that we may have to abandon ionCube as our products require features or frameworks such as Laravel 8 that cannot be encoded. |

I am following this thread for quite a while now.
Thank you for your fast replies alastair, indeed you did announce your announcement multiple times by now.
But surely you can understand our concerns as well.
ioncube 10 has been released around August 2017, more than three years ago,
PHP 7.4 has been released since November 2019, more than one year ago.
PHP 8.0 has been released last November.
But we are stuck to 7.2 if we stick to ioncube 10.
Some of us are forced to move on if we do not want to lose projects or even customers ourselves.
Personally I would hate to leave ioncube behind, as it worked so well in the past, but sooner or later, there might be no other option. |

Hi,
Your files will run on PHP 7.4, of course, as we put a lot of effort in to providing a 7.4 Loader that was capable of running 7,1 and 7.2 files. Unfortunately, due to the larger number of internal changes in 7.4 that was very time consuming, and thus led to a delay in 7.4 and 8.0 encoder development. _________________ Alastair

Please hire some developers which will help you because you have big problems with all past versions to delivery Encoder soon.
Or ask anybody to help you.
Many developers loosing reputation due impossible delivery encoded products with last stable PHPs. |

It looks like its one man show project and its not much secure to the future. Please think about it because for many projects its very very important. |
