Can't load ionCube Loader on WAMP

I can't get the ionCube Loader to load on WAMP. I have gone through all the trouble shooting at the wizard at: lfe_latest/ioncube/loader-wizard.php and still no luck. I even edited my php.ini and restarted apache several times. Does anyone have any advice?

One potential gotcha is that some wamp systems use a template file for the php.ini and that must be edited rather than the actual php.ini otherwise it simply gets overwritten at restart. If still stuck please create a ticket and we can assist further. _________________ Community Admin

Hi, From its loader test page the Loader Wizard can create a ticket in our Support Help Desk at https://support.ioncube.com . So please use that if you are having difficulties installing the ionCube Loader. _________________ Alastair ionCube

Hi, I am not quite sure what you mean by, "have you access to edit the template file". In order to install the ionCube Loader you will need to be able to edit the relevant php.ini file for WAMP. It may be best to create a ticket in in our Support Help Desk at https://support.ioncube.com _________________ Alastair ionCube

@aniket.kumar If you use the Loader Wizard (https://www.ioncube.com/loader-wizard/loader-wizard.zip ) to assist with installation then you should be able to get the ioncube Loader installed. The Loader Wizard has the ability to create a ticket in our Support Help Desk if you are unable to get the Loader installed. _________________ Alastair ionCube
