Hi,
Please would you create a support ticket in our Support Help Desk at https://support.ioncube.com
Please attach to the ticket the full phpinfo() output from the server as a single HTML file. _________________ Alastair

Hi,
You should be able to create a ticket for the "Sales" department even if your support has expired. Please include details of the crash and the phpinfo() in that ticket. _________________ Alastair

I have the same fault on a newly built Windows Server 2012 R2 system. I have opened a support ticket already, but if this problem has been solved for one person in the forums already, I hope that some technical troubleshooting can be done here rather than referring all support requests over to the "walled garden" of the support channel. |
