hi everyone.
About a year ago I sent a job to a company, I asked for the files of that job but at the time of mounting it marks the following error
Fatal error:
The encoded file /debug.php requires a license file.
The license file l/oportolic.php is not valid for this server. in Unknown on line 0
How can i fix this? Thank you |

Hi,
It is best to ask such questions in our Support Help Desk at https://support.ioncube.com
As the error suggests, it simply means that whatever restrictions were set in the license do not match those on the server on which the encoded files are running.
If you have encoded the files yourself then you should check the license restrictions you have set against the domain/IP address of the server. If you have set MAC address restrictions using the Cerberus edition then you should check the MAC address of the server. _________________ Alastair
