Hi everyone,

I have followed instructions but it doesn't work for me and im losing traffic because of this.
I sent support ticket but takes too long for them to respond it seems. If someone have experienced this error can you share how you solved it? I would appreciate it very much.

Please note that the following problem currently exists with the ionCube Loader installation:
The loader file /home/sdfsdf/public_html/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.6.so, listed in the configuration file, /home/sdfsdf/public_html/php.ini, does not exist or is not accessible.

Hi Anna,

I am sorry about the delay in responding to your Support ticket but unfortunately it was posted outside normal working hours.

We will be following up in the support ticket shortly but please check that the Loader file ioncube_loader_lin_5.6.so is actually in the ioncube sub-directory and that it is also readable by the web server user.

If you can follow up in the ticket with a screenshot of the contents of the ioncube directory then that would help. Please also give a link to the Loader Wizard on your system in the ticket.

zip is not available. only tar.gz, tar.bz2 and MS Windows installer

Please would you clarify what you mean? At present on our Loaders page at http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php we only have zip and .tar.gz packages. We do not provide tar.bz2 and MS Windows installer packages.
