does the bytecode encoding require a loader?

and if it does, how come www.fishyshoop.com
are encoding their script with bytecode, using ioncube
but their script does not require a loader.


i want to do exactly what they have done, bytecode without
a loader, is that possible?

It may be that they're making use of the run time loaders which don't require anything added to the php.ini file on some servers. But on servers which don't support this the loaders would still be required.
