ionCube Loader Wizard on Rackspace Sites gives error :
The ionCube Loader version 4.2.2 for PHP 5.3 is already installed but it is an old version. It is recommended that the Loader be upgraded to the latest version if possible.
Have created /ioncube/ folder with updated files uploaded but still get error?
Rackspace live support = no help
Any advice? |

We have contacts within Rackspace if necessary, but we need more details first. Please create a ticket in our helpdesk and we can advise there.
