Please help a newbee.
After the installation, once the loader gives me the ok. The ionCube does not run, I found lines at the apache error log like this:
[warn-phpd] The ionCube PHP Loader is disabled because of startup problems. (pid 1110)
so that the ionCube does not run and I cannot run the application.
Currently this is on a local server running Ubuntu server 13.10

This indicates a likely configuration error, such as having the Loader installed twice. Please check the configuration carefully, and if still stuck, please create a ticket in our support helpdesk at http://support.ioncube.com
