The main text field is where the decoded data is displayed. Beneath that there is a license path field and passphrase field. You should enter the path to the license file and then click decode.

Have you tried drag-drop?
Just tried it & the mouse icon changes from a crossed circle to the normal mouse pointer, but it doesn't work. Can't drop into the text field, nor into file field.

Just wondering if there is something up with my machine, or if there is a bug with the Encoder.

I'm running vers 6.5.13 SE, on Windows XP SP2.

Check that you updated the correct php.ini file, use phpinfo(). Make sure you've restarted the webserver.
