I found it... it writes the files to this c:\users\username\VirtualStore\ionCube\Encoder directory... quite annoying.

Everything installs ok, but when i go to generate a license request, it doesn't writ the lic-req.txt files... i cant even write to the system drive... i'll reboot and see what that does.

basically... we have a hard-coded variable that we MUST protect....

so aside from "unsetting" it IMMEDIATELY after we're done with it, can anyone think of a way that it can be retrieved?
