Hi,

I'm trying to install a script on my website who needs ioncube loader.

My host is 1and1.com, Linux X86

i put ioncube_loader_lin_5.5.so in ioncube, when i go to phpinfo.php there is :

Quote:
This program makes use of the Zend Scripting Language Engine:
Zend Engine v2.5.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2015 Zend Technologies

i put zend_extension=/MY/WEB/SITE/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.5.so
in php.ini

But when i go to /ioncube/loader-wizard.php it doesn't work

Quote:
The ionCube Loader is not currently installed successfully.
The following problems have been found with the ionCube Loader installation:

The necessary zend_extension line could not be found in the configuration.
The loader file found at /homepages/MY/WEB/SITE/script/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.5.so is not the correct one for your system.
You have the wrong loader for your operating system, .

but it the good loader

If someone has an idea,

Thanks Smile

Hi,

It's probably best if you raise a ticket in our Support Help Desk at http://support.ioncube.com if you have not done already.

The likely problem here is that you have attempted to install the 64-bit Loader for PHP 5.5 rather than the 32-bit one. The 32-bit Loaders are available from Download the archive of Loaders from http://downloads3.ioncube.com/loader_downloads/ioncube_loaders_lin_x86.zip

Please then create a ticket in our Support Help Desk at http://support.ioncube.com

Please include in the ticket the URL to the Loader Wizard on the system on which you are trying to install the ionCube Loader.
